The agency is led by insurance industry veteran Keith Fawcett. Keith has over 25 years of experience in the areas of commercial insurance and reinsurance in both the domestic and international insurance market. Keith began his career at Lloyd's of London and moved to the US in 1986, working mainly in the areas of excess casualty, reinsurance and the formation and management of association insurance programs. Keith has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional insurance designation awarded by the American Institute for CPCU along with the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and the Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) given by the Insurance Institute of America. Keith is a licensed all lines insurance agent and reinsurance intermediary.

Dawn Wilson, another native of England, has over 20 years experience in the Nashville area insurance industry.  Her extensive experience covers many aspects of the insurance industry beginning with a major insurance company and a prominent Nashville area insurance agency.  Prior to joining CMC insurance Dawn managed the brokerage operations associated with a claims service company, placing insurance and reinsurance for association programs and specialty insurance companies and captives.  In addition to the Chartered Property & Casualty (CPCU) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations awarded by the Insurance Institute of America, Dawn holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation.  Dawn is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent.
